Personnelement je suis plutôt d'accord avec Nerdanel exepté la troisème et dernière proposition qui m'a l'air un peu tiré par les cheveux, en ce qui concerne les Hobbits ce sont des Hommes.
D'ailleurs en regardant cette citation des Appendices du SDA, on voit que Tolkien a utiliser 'man' plutôt que 'Human' et sans majuscule. Il semble que Glorfindel avait déjà sa petite idée sur Eowyn.
