Orocarni, les Montagnes Rouges

(J'avais déjà donné les liens vers les cartes de l'Ambarkanta dans le sujet sur les changements d'Arda, un peu plus bas dans cette même section...pour les flemmards, c'est ici et là)

La carte du film donnée dans le premier message me paraît un poil bidon, étant donné que l'Umbar n'apparait même pas...

Seule mention des Orocarni dans le Silmarillion :

And on a time it chanced that Oromë rode eastward in his hunting, and he turned north by the shores of Helcar and passed under the shadows of the Orocarni, the Mountains of the East.

Les Red Moutains (traduction de Orocarni) apparaissent dans le texte de l'Ambarkanta :

And the thrusting aside of the land caused also mountains to appear in four ranges, two in the Northland, and two in the Southland; and those in the North were the Blue Mountains in the West side, and the Red Mountains in the East side; and in the South were the Grey Mountains and the Yellow.
