Oui, en effet n’étant pas IE mais finno-ougrienne, la mythologie finnoise n’entre pas dans ce livre. Cependant, elle occupe une grande place chez Tolkien, et aurait justifié, selon moi, peut-être un chapitre à part (avec une introduction expliquant sa nature et les différences avec la mythologie nordique). Le lecteur lambda n’étant pas linguiste, ni adepte de mythologie comparée, il aurait été bon d’en parler ne serait-ce qu'à des fins informatives (bien qu’alors le titre aurait dû être modifié).
